Here’s an overview of where I think I’ll be over the course of ALA week. I usually end up skipping out on a few of the sessions I plan to attend, because I overschedule and get burned out. But there’s a lot of good stuff this year (most of it at the same time, *grumble*), so my Exhibit Hall time may be severely curtailed from the year before last… (I haven’t looked at the list of authors, but gosh darn it, I want to meet Neil Gaiman if he’s there. I’ll wait in line and miss sessions if I have to. Except the one I paid for. And SummonCamp, which I promised my department head I’d attend, if he doesn’t. And the NMRT Board Meeting, because, you know, it’s my first one, and that makes me feel all awesome and not like a “baby librarian” [MPOW inside joke, there].) <\/p>\n
